Competitive Swimming

​

Swimmers are welcome to join our competitive swimmers from Stage 6+. Participants will work on strokes/skills/stamina/speed, with an in house gala at the end of each term. These sessions are great for swimmers who are looking to swim at a higher standard and improve all aspects of their swimming. We have a mix of swimmers from intermediate all the way to national level in our sessions.

Rookie Lifeguarding

​

This session focuses on learning about how to be safe in different water based scenarios, whether it be the swimming pool/lake/sea/river. Swimmers will also learn how to rescue others and identify scenarios in which could be deemed as dangerous. At the end of each session, we run scenarios where swimmers take turns being the lifeguards to see how quickly they can identify hazards and how effectively they can handle the situation.

Water Polo

​

After the success of our Girl's Water Polo Group, we are now registering interest for Boy's and Mixed Water Polo sessions. Our sessions consist of exercises based on building up skills such as passing and possession based play, while helping understand the key components of teamwork. At the end of every session, we play a match to give everyone a chance to show their skills!
